The apartment
After an enchanted day at Disneyland Paris, step into the world of The Lion King in the heart of Bussy-Saint-Georges. CasaSimba is 7 minutes from the parks by train: the ideal place to unwind and relive your day.
This 46 m² apartment on the 2nd floor, with a lift, plays on beige and sand tones for a warm, welcoming feel. You get a fully equipped, recently renovated kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate WC and, above all, a large balcony — perfect for breakfast in the sun or winding down in the evening.
For families with small children, everything is ready: a travel cot and a high chair are lent free of charge on request.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen basics, coffee and tea are provided. And with the RER A station a 4-minute walk away, Paris is as easy to reach as the parks.

“You could really see the host has put a lot of effort and thought into this place. I must admit that the remote communication was one of the best (if not the best) I've ever experienced. The apartment was very clean (even under the beds) and had all the facilities needed. We booked this place in order to visit Disneyland Paris, so the location close to the RER came in handy. Everything went very smooth, parking space was roomy. Overall it exceeded our expectations.”

“La casa è ben posizionata (4 minuti a piedi dalla RER A e da servizi principali come carrefour market, banche, boulangerie ecc... in una zona residenziale silenziosa), luminosa ed è splendidamente accessoriata (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè con capsule e ventilatori). Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio per l'auto all'interno del garage interno ed è stato molto comodo per scaricare i bagagli. La pulizia era impeccabile e anche i letti (sia in camera da letto che nmil divano letto nel salone) erano comodissimi. La bimba ha inoltre apprezzato dei simpatici giochi, puzzle e fiabe presenti in casa. Abbiamo infine apprezzato molto la presenza costante e mai molesta di Raphael, un host cordiale con il quale ci eravamo già trovati bene in passato soggiornando in un altro appartamento nei paraggi, che ci ha fatto trovare dell'acqua in frigo e dei cioccolatini di benvenuto. Ci vedremo senz'altro di nuovo per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Disneyland”

“Une adresse à garder et à recommander !!! L'appartement se situe dans une ville vraiment sympa. La résidence est sécurisée (avec parking). La proximité avec Disneyland est un gros avantage. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût, (bien plus classe que certains hôtels du parc d'attraction où les prix sont encore exorbitants !) Raphaël prend soin de son appartement comme de ses hôtes. Nous sommes tous les 4 conquis ! Nous ne voulions plus partir. Merci Raphaël pour l'accueil, l'adaptabilité (suppression de nos trains) et les petites attentions (serviettes joliments pliées, petits chocolats Disney). À bientôt !”

We are Krystel, Raphaël and Alain. Since 2019 we have had the pleasure of hosting travellers from all over the world in Bussy-Saint-Georges, a stone’s throw from Disneyland Paris.
Krystel, a primary school teacher, looks after the decoration of both apartments and the warm feel you will find on arrival.
Raphaël, an air traffic controller, makes sure everything runs smoothly from booking to departure.
Alain, retired from the property business, completes the team with his expertise and his standards on the quality of the homes.

Yes, CasaSimba has a large balcony off the living room, with a table — ideal for breakfast in good weather.
It depends on what you are after. Staying inside the resort puts you a few minutes' walk from the attractions. An apartment outside gives you a bedroom with a door for the children, a kitchen, a living room and space — in exchange for a 7-minute direct RER ride, with the station a 4-minute walk away.
For a family staying several days, that last point often matters most: being able to come back to somewhere quiet, eat without queueing and put the children to bed in a real bedroom.
Check-in is self-service, between 3pm and 11pm, and check-out is by 10am at the latest. Detailed instructions are sent to you on the morning of your arrival; for security reasons, access is programmed around the time you gave us.
These times stay flexible: tell us about your plans and we will do our best to fit around them, on arrival as on departure. Do let us know as soon as possible if anything changes, so we can adjust the access.
One exception to that flexibility: no arrival is possible after 11pm. Past that hour we can no longer welcome you remotely or step in if something goes wrong.
Everything is set up so you can travel light. Beds are made with our own linen before you arrive, and you will find:
Bussy-Saint-Georges station is a 4 to 5 minute walk away. It is served by the RER A, which runs directly to the Disneyland parks and to Paris.
Trains run every 10 to 15 minutes depending on the time of day.
Once on the train, allow:
A ticket costs €2.50 and is valid for up to 2 hours, with connections to the Paris metro only. Children aged 4 to 9 inclusive pay €1.25 and under-4s travel free.
Note: once you exit a station the ticket is spent — you need a new one to travel again.
There is a supermarket by the station, a 4-minute walk away, open Monday to Saturday. A convenience store is just 2 minutes from the apartment.
You will also find plenty of restaurants, 3 bakeries and at least 3 pharmacies within a 10-minute walk.
Children are very welcome. A travel cot, a high chair and a changing mat are lent free of charge, on request when you book.
No. For hygiene reasons pets are not allowed in the apartments. The whole property is also non-smoking.
Booking from our own site means you do not pay the platforms’ service fees. You also deal with us directly, which makes special requests easier (parking, cot, arrival time).
Every booking implies that these house rules have been read and will be respected.
The apartment and the common areas of the building are entirely non-smoking.
The apartment is in a residential building occupied year-round. No parties are allowed and we ask you to keep noise down between 10pm and 8am so as not to disturb the neighbours.
Much as we like them, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Wi-Fi is provided for your use. It must not be used for unlawful activity, in accordance with French Hadopi law against the illegal downloading of music and films.
Check-in is between 3pm and 11pm, and the apartment must be vacated by 10am at the latest on the day of departure.
These times are not set in stone. Tell us what would suit you: as far as our schedule allows, we are happy to adjust both arrival and departure to fit your plans.
No arrival is possible after 11pm. This is the one limit we cannot bend: past that hour we can no longer welcome you remotely or help you out if something goes wrong.
A security deposit of €250 is requested 2 days before arrival, as a card pre-authorisation. It is only charged, in part or in full, if damage is found at the end of the stay.
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After that, and up to the day before arrival (3pm French time), 30% of the booking total remains payable (excluding cleaning fee and tourist tax). Beyond that, the full amount is payable (excluding cleaning fee and tourist tax).
Non-refundable rate: to guard against bookings made by mistake, cancellation remains free within 24 hours of booking.
Children are very welcome. Please let us know if a baby is coming so that we can set up the travel cot, free of charge.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
